	20th Century		Humanity develops space flight.
3rd Millennium	22nd Century	Genetic technology enjoys vast expansion. HyperHumanity begins.	HIV-6 mutates into an airborn strain, HIVAX. The populations of most third-world coutnries drop by half, with Central Africa, India, and Thai-Myanmaristan struck hardest. HIVAX and other HIV strains are finally stopped by a breakthrough antivirus developed by Rasper Felux of Norway, who is later beatified.
	23rd Century		After extended military and economic investments, the United States of America absorbs parts of Western and Central Europe. The Mesoamerican and Sudamerican nations are subsumed into United States control by economic pressures, with approximately one-fifth of their populations gaining citizenship, and the rest becoming vouchered laborers. The United States of America becomes known as the United States of the West. Canada secures the infamous "No Borders Treaty" with the USW, and its national government is merged into partner-state status.
	24th Century	The grav-engine is developed; humanity achieves practical interstellar travel.	The Global-Influence War pits the United States of the West against the Popular Empire of China. The conflict draws, with the USW and the PEC as the sole sovereign empires, controlling all of Earth by proxy governorships, though puppet autonomous zones maintain various national identities in most regions. Casualties are lower than expected: of Earth's 31 billion people, 24 billion survive.
	25th Century	2424 Humanity's first contact with intelligent extraterrestrial life occurs at the Marzet-1 Colony on Procyon IV when explorers from the Ruoop Space Empire enter orbit and eventually establish peaceful communication. The Marzet hyperhuman colonists cite the coal-black color and scaly texture of their own skin as matching that of Ruoop males, a fortunate circumstance that served to allay interspecial fear and help open mutually beneficial dialogs.
4th Millennium	37th Century	3608 Saint Terreck Irio writes the "Common Parley" protocols to help bridge ever-widening gaps between the races of HyperHumanity.
6th Millennium	55th Century	The Pretendrance splits from the Church.
7th Millennium	64th Century			6366 Humans discover World-0.
				6380 Humans master the operation of the Teegs; the Lattice is discovered.
	65th Century	In disastrous exoda from many human planets, trillions of people migrate to the Lattice as word of its existence spreads. Hundreds of civilizations fall into Dark Ages, many of which still exist.
8th Millennium	71st Century	The Veritadeo split from the Church. The Galactic War begins.
	72nd Century		7111 Rome is destroyed.
		7167 The Peace of Pope Harro I ends the Galactic War, with the Veritadeo movement crushed.
				7190 The Neva Vateca is founded on World-0.
	75th Century			The Lattice World Authority (LWA) is formed.
	79th Century			Several organizations experimenting with the Mass Generators ally as the Terraformer-Shangrilizer Conglom (TSC). Competition is methodically eliminated, and the secrets of the Mass Generators are locked away within the TSC's tight security. The TSC soon voluntarily places itself under nominal control of the LWA, retaining a great amount of practical autonomy.
12th Millennium	116th Century	The Crusades of the Original Human Form sweep across most human worlds, bringing death and mayhem to those races of HyperHumanity unfortunate enough to differ visibly from Adam and Eve.
16th Millennium	149th Century		15,015 The Reconformation, a bloody but brief spasm of forced cultural reunification, sweeps Earth. For nine months, riots rage, families fall or submit, millions are executed, millions more killed in reprisals for the executions, library databases are destroyed, minority groups flee the solar system. Many individuals seek safety in gravbubbles, hoping simply to escape the violence.
